So, I need help transferring something from the basic paint program, to a decent file that won't have the pixilation problems. Can anyone help? It's only one picture, and I'll send you something cool for your car.

What format do you need it in? I could probably convert it to an eps.

Download a program called Inkscape. It has most of the features of Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw but is completely free. I use that and I have a program called Vector Magic that it's sole purpose is to do exactly what you are wanting. Try Inkscape, if that doesn't work shoot me a message and I can try to help you out. Inkscape and vector can convert your file to eps, dxf, or sdv

Chances are if it's coming from paint it's a shitty pixelated image. It's pretty hard to create pixels where they're aren't pixels to begin with.

You are correct, but that's where Vector Magic comes in. You can add and delete pixels as needed to properly render and image. Vector Magic's sole purpose is to clean up Bitmap images and then convert them into higher quality files.

Fuck me, nothing has worked... I tried doing the tracing program in Vector Magic since it allows you to make two free vector files, and it screwed up the image by making all of the corners round. When using Inkscape, well... I just don't know how to use the program that well, and can't make anything work for me.

Wi found vector images to be quirky. However, is still a noob. They rely on nodes and care less where the actual lines are drawn.
