NORTHGLENN —A Northglenn police officer was shot twice and a suspect killed as gunfire erupted Thursday morning in a quiet neighborhood as authorities served a narcotics search warrant.
I hope the officer experiences a rapid and complete recovery.
A drug bust? I thought that stuff was legal here.
Looks like it was a little south of you. You know, in the "less desirable" part of Northglenn.
They are all Quiet neighborhoods, nothing ever happens in a Noisy one.
The editor of that news website must have also been recovering in the hospital in order for all those typos to have slipped through.

Sad times. Scary doing no knock raids. You pop in and surprise someone and you never know what might happen.

Wait a minute. People are doing stuff that there are laws against?
Get out.
P.S. Another victimless, non violent crime.

Cletus Dillwood? Really?
And it's a good thing county prospectors are getting to the bottom of the incident. I feel much better knowing that.

Glad you are okay BP!
This is way too close to the Total Beverage. If anything happened to that place, I don't know what I'd do.

You'd have to start going to Daveco.

I must admit, I wasn't real impressed, for the place being in the book of world records.

Yep grew up down about 84th and Lowell and my wife grew up down the street from you so I feel your pain. When we moved it already had way to many people, I can only the population difference from then till now. Scary thing is imagine it 5 years from now if the surge of people continues.

True story. You would think they would limit the use of them to situations where someone's life is in immediate danger or threatened to limit the things that could go wrong. I know if it were me I wouldn't use them for increasingly common infractions.
The whole north end is going to hell in a hand basket.
Seems even tattoo shops aren't safe these days.

Hmmm, "Every day hustle" tattoo shop. Can't imagine why there would be any violence in that type of an establishment.
"A red bandana around his neck."
So like every dude that rides a bike then?

Yeah, but he drove a Toyota to throw them off.
