Issue number 2...

I have a decent .22lr rifle with a decent scope on it. I am pretty convinced that when I put the scope on, it is not leveled or zeroed correctly... Would any gunsmith be able to correct this? Any recommendations in the Fountain/Springs area? Can I offer a few beers to someone on here who knows how to do/check this?

Thank you.

Yes Sir,
I've seen all that. I'm just lacking the vises, levels, etc to do a proper job.... hence my asking for help. Thank you, hopefully it'll be resolved here shortly.
