I smelled a rat when I heard that many Republicans were siding with Beeho to push for the TPP deal Beeho wants. Here is a lot more detail about it. On Greta' show on Fox news, she had Paul Ryan on to discuss why he was in favor of the deal. She asked a very interesting question: "Why is President Obama siding with you guys now?" His answer: We (Republicans) control congress and he really doesn't have a choice". When I heard that, I knew the fix was in. His answer makes absolutely no sense and Obama is always going to do what Obama wants. The weak republicans don't make him do anything. The TPP is a globalist deal giving away more of the US, so naturally Beeho supports it. The real question is why so many republicans back it?

http://freedomoutpost.com/2015/06/global-governance-hidden-inside-obamatrade/
Everyone in Congress is either brain-dead, an idiot, insane or they are actively working to destroy the United States while thumbing their nose at every citizen in the nation. It has to be the latter as the Senate voted on Friday to allow Obama "fast-track" authority on the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), aka Obamatrade. It has now gone to the House where Rep. Duncan Hunter (R-CA) is pressuring the GOP majority leader, Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) to delay the fast-track on Obamatrade (http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2015/06/08/exclusive-kevin-mccarthy-pressured-by-republican-conference-whats-the-rush-on-obamatrade-plans-with-its-global-governance-hidden-inside/).

Breitbart exclusively obtained the letter Hunter wrote McCarthy. In it, Hunter asks McCarthy to "slow down and consider the ramifications of what it is doing."
In the letter to McCarthy, Hunter wrote, "I write to you today to request that you delay any vote on fast-track authority for the Executive until the President has made public all text and information pertaining to the new economic union known as the Trans-Pacific Partnership (http://freedomoutpost.com/2015/05/ultra-secrecy-surrounds-barack-obamas-new-global-economic-treaty/) Commission, as well as the 'Living Agreement' authority. My concern is that this allows the President and the members of the union to change the agreement and its membership following adoption."

Hunter has a valid point. It seems very few in the House or the Senate have even read the bill. Those who have are under a "gag" order they voluntarily participate in by signing a non-disclosure statement while ignoring their oath of office. (http://freedomoutpost.com/2015/06/why-are-congressmen-signing-non-disclosure-forms-on-obamas-secret-treaty/) These individuals are voting to basically "pre-approve" a trade deal that no one knows exactly what is in it and a deal that could change after "fast-track" approval. In other words, our representatives are committing the taxpayer to a deal they haven't read and the people know nothing about except what has been leaked.
What is known about in the TPP is the "Living Agreement" which means that Obama and the other TPP nations could admit any other nation into the "collective" without having to seek approval from Congress. It also means that Obama could outsource huge portions and control of the US economy, which would include the internet, to foreign governments and foreign regulators. Obama has already confirmed that China is interested in entering the TPP. If the House follows the Senate (http://freedomoutpost.com/2015/05/obamas-job-killing-gun-controlling-illegal-alien-enticing-secret-treaty-could-be-fast-tracked-this-week/) and approves the fast-track authority for Obamatrade, which will guarantee the TPP approval. China could enter the TPP, which means China would be empowered thereby undermining the United States.
Continuing in his letter, Hunter points out that the creation of a TPP commission basically establishes a "new global governance" which could cede "US sovereignty to foreign and global interests." This point has been highlighted by Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) in a letter to Obama last week.
The new Commission would be a self-governing, continuing body authorized to issue policies and regulations affecting our economy, our manufacturers, our workers, our immigration procedures, as well as currency, labor, and environmental practices. It is one thing to enhance executive authority with respect to a narrow set of trade deal policies, it is another to fast-track the creation of a new international structure before a single detail about that structure has been made available to the public.

The key here is the creation of a new international structure in the form of the self-governing, continuing body known as the TPP Commission. It is very reminiscent of the "European Union" that some countries in Europe are now questioning. Through the TPP Commission, policies and regulations could be created that would be devastating to the US. What has not been considered is this "commission" would basically supplant, replace and become the governing body over this nation circumventing the Constitution. The powers granted to Congress in the Constitution could be stripped in favor of policies and regulations from the TPP Commission. If that weren't bad enough, it could mean the Bill of Rights would be in jeopardy, especially the Second Amendment.
Hunter continued his letter to McCarthy noting that Republicans in Congress should "be skeptical" of Obama's intentions since holding the majority.
What we do know is that obtaining a grant of fast-track authority from Congress is among the President's highest second-term priorities. That should be a strong signal that the President intends to make full use of that power in his remaining time in office. After all, fast-track would give the President a guarantee that any international agreement he reaches can be ratified without subsequent Congressional input. TPP is just the first of several.

In the case of TPP, to approve fast-track would be to authorize the President to finalize this new Commission before we even know its authority and reach. Fast-track would also guarantee the President – and his foreign negotiating partners – ratification of this international Commission without the Constitutional treaty vote or even a Senate cloture vote. Shouldn't we know the details of this new economic union before – not after – we have surrendered our ability to revise it, rewrite it, or regard it as a treaty? [emphasis mine]
Rep. Hunter hit the nail on the head – both chambers of Congress are surrendering to Obama and surrendering the people they represent to the whims of one man.
McCarthy has failed to respond to Hunter, which leads some to believe that he supports the fast-track authority placing him in the company of House Majority Whip Rep. Steve Scalise (R-LA), Rules Committee Chairman Rep. Pete Sessions (R-TX), and House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH). It appears they all are following the "Obamacare" fiasco whose famous mantra "we have to pass it to find out what's in it" coined by Nancy Pelosi, saw members of Congress voting on legislation they didn't know what it contained. It goes to show that we have irresponsible, traitorous, and criminal elements in Congress; however, that is no surprise.

Hunter pointed out to McCarthy that Americans are worried about the loss of sovereignty under this administration since this administration has sacrificed Americans on the proverbial alter of immigration to satisfy special interests. He called it "irresponsible" to pass such authority to the executive to "form a new, binding international governing authority" before anyone in Congress was briefed on how the usurper planned to use it.
As much as many Americans would like to believe there are members of Congress mounting strong opposition to the TPP fast-track authority, some may be calling it for what it is – another public dog and pony show to appear to be representing the interests of citizens.
What member of Congress could even remotely conceive of giving this "fast-track authority" to one man after hearing about some "international commission" that would act as a "global government" to the TPP members? It amounts to saying – "The Constitution, with its Bill of Rights and other amendments, is hereby rescinded in favor of the TPP Commission policies and regulations. All American citizens can now take an aerial intercourse at a motivating pastry."
Congress has become Obama's left arm and ceased representing the people. The Republicans have become a "branch off" of the Democrats. Who is representing the people in our Constitutional Republic? It appears no one.
Let's recap on some things and see where this is all going. Congress passed Obamacare, without reading it, which is designed to fail, begin rationing of health care based on age and usher in a single payer health care system. The United Nations Post 2015 Sustainable Development Goals (http://freedomoutpost.com/2015/06/un-sdg-to-govern-healthcare-internationally/) advocates health care resources be targeted to populations under the age of 60 or 70 across all member nations. The Trans-Pacific Partnership, with its new commission, seeks to "rule" the member nations through "policy and regulations" with Congress unable to halt it even through legislation that has unanimous votes to do just that. (http://www.dcclothesline.com/2015/06/07/obamatradeu-s-gives-up-all-sovereignty-redistribution-at-its-worst/)

Operation Jade Helm (http://freedomoutpost.com/2015/03/jade-helm-15-is-real-heres-the-proof/) will begin in a few weeks. In some places, such as Flint, Michigan, it has already begun. Foreign troops from Russia and China have been engaged in "joint training" with some of our military forces. On top of that, it has been reported that Obama has made a quiet nuclear deal with China (http://www.washingtonpost.com/business/economy/obamas-quiet-nuclear-deal-with-china-raises-proliferation-concerns/2015/05/10/549e18de-ece3-11e4-8666-a1d756d0218e_story.html) while the Senate Armed Services Committee is still reviewing it.
As Steven Ahle points out in his article, "Obamatrade … US Gives Up All Sovereignty … Redistribution At It's Worst, (http://www.dcclothesline.com/2015/06/07/obamatradeu-s-gives-up-all-sovereignty-redistribution-at-its-worst/)" new members can be added by a majority vote, the agreement can be amended by member countries after the deal is signed, and a majority vote can change the terms and conditions. Each member country gets one vote regardless of population thereby making a third world country with a population of less than 500,000 equal to a first world country with a population of over 300 million. "In fact, of the eleven countries in the TPP (http://freedomoutpost.com/2013/11/obamas-trans-pacific-partnership-treaty-which-will-merge-america-more-deeply-into-the-emerging-one-world-economic-system/), an amendment can be added to the agreement with six countries and a total population of 82 million could defeat the five other countries with a total population of 633 million."
In other words, Democracy (mob rule) and Constitutional Republic (protection of individual rights) forms of governance could take a back seat to "minority rule." Not only that, corporations would have domination over populations (http://www.dcclothesline.com/2015/05/30/the-tpp-monsanto-rockefeller-trilateral-commission-brzezinski/). Could we see the beginnings of democide/genocide as some in the United Nations or other foreign governments advocate due to "sustainable development," environmental preservation and initiation of Agenda 21 (http://freedomoutpost.com/?s=agenda+21) in full force?
It sounds as though Congress has locked arms with Obama in order to devastate this nation. At this point in time, it doesn't appear that any amount of emails, letters or protests to our Representatives will result in any change to retain our nation. Boehner doesn't agree with Impeachment (http://freedomoutpost.com/2014/07/boehner-pushes-lawsuit-obama-law-tells-impeach/) and those who have hinted at drawing up impeachment articles have failed to do so. The lawsuit filed by Boehner (http://freedomoutpost.com/2014/06/john-boehner-lawsuit-ignores-constitutional-remedy-of-impeachment-for-out-of-control-president/) has been a "dead duck" as it has gone nowhere; but, it served the purpose to deflect the attention of some citizens away from the fact that Congress has forsaken the supreme law of the land. Despite a few good men in Congress, both chambers are now filled with a majority of traitors and criminals: Republican and Democrats alike.
Our nation has approximately 18 months more of this administration and Congress. It seems that voting has done little as citizens have traded traitors for traitors regardless of party, even though these charlatans talked a good talk making "promises" they had no intention of keeping. Short of storming Washington, the District of Corruption, and physically removing each and every traitor there, trying them and then hanging them in front of the Capitol, it appears the citizens of this nation are at the mercy of our new Dictator and his "politburo." Hopefully, this is not the case; but, the evidence is awfully convincing.

http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2015/06/10/revealed-the-secret-immigration-chapter-in-obamas-trade-agreement/

Discovered inside the huge tranche of secretive Obamatrade documents released by Wikileaks are key details on how technically any Republican voting for Trade Promotion Authority (TPA) that would fast-track trade deals like the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) trade deal would technically also be voting to massively expand President Obama’s executive authority when it comes to immigration matters. The mainstream media covered the Wikileaks (https://wikileaks.org/tisa/) document dump extensively, but did not mention the immigration chapter contained within it, so Breitbart News took the documents to immigration experts to get their take on it. Nobody has figured how big a deal the documents uncovered by Wikileaks are until now. (See below)
The president’s Trade in Services Act (TiSA) documents, which is one of the three different close-to-completely-negotiated deals that would be fast-tracked making up the president’s trade agreement, show Obamatrade in fact unilaterally alters current U.S. immigration law. TiSA, like TPP or the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (T-TIP) deals, are international trade agreements that President Obama is trying to force through to final approval. The way he can do so is by getting Congress to give him fast-track authority through TPA.
TiSA is even more secretive than TPP. Lawmakers on Capitol Hill can review the text of TPP in a secret, secured room inside the Capitol—and in some cases can bring staffers who have high enough security clearances—but with TiSA, no such draft text is available.
Voting for TPA, of course, would essentially ensure the final passage of each TPP, T-TIP, and TiSA by Congress, since in the history of fast-track any deal that’s ever started on fast-track has been approved.
Roughly 10 pages of this TiSA agreement document leak are specifically about immigration.
“The existence of these ten pages on immigration in the Trade and Services Agreement make it absolutely clear in my mind that the administration is negotiating immigration – and for them to say they are not – they have a lot of explaining to do based on the actual text in this agreement,” Rosemary Jenks, the Director of Government Relations at Numbers USA, told Breitbart News following her review of these documents.
Obama will be able to finalize all three of the Obamatrade deals, without any Congressional input, if Congress grants him fast-track authority by passing TPA. Fast-track lowers the vote thresholds in the Senate and blocks Congress from amending any trade deals—and also, since each of these three deals are pretty much entirely negotiated already, it wouldn’t lead to any more congressional involvement or transparency with each.
The Senate passed the TPA last month, so it is up to the House to put the brakes on Obama’s unilateral power. The House could vote as early as Friday on fast-track, but may head into next week. By all counts, it’s going to be a very tight vote—and may not pass. It remains to be seen what will happen in light of leaks about things like the immigration provisions of TiSA—which deals with 24 separate parties, mostly different nations but also the European Union. It is focused on increasing the free flow of services worldwide—and with that, comes labor. Labor means immigration and guestworkers.
“This Trade and Services Agreement is specifically mentioned in TPA as being covered by fast-track authority, so why would Congress be passing a Trade Promotion Authority Act that covers this agreement, if the U.S. weren’t intended to be a party to this agreement – so at the very least, there should be specific places where the U.S. exempts itself from these provisions and there are not,” explained Jenks.
She emphasized that this is a draft, but at this point “certainly the implication is that the U.S. intends to be a party to all or some of the provisions of this agreement. There is nothing in there that says otherwise, and there is no question in my mind that some of the provisions in this Trade and Services Agreement would require the United States to change its immigration laws.”
In 2003, the Senate unanimously passed a resolution that said no immigration provision should be in trade agreements – and in fact, former Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-NY) voted for this resolution.
The existence of these 10 pages is in clear violation of that earlier unanimous decision, and also in violation of the statements made by the U.S. Trade Representative.
“He has told members of Congress very specifically the U.S. is not negotiating immigration – or at least is not negotiating any immigration provisions that would require us to change our laws. So, unless major changes are made to the Trade and Services Agreement – that is not true,” said Jenks.
There are three examples within the 10 pages of areas where the U.S. would have to alter current immigration law.
First, on page 4 and 5 of the agreement, roughly 40 industries are listed where potentially the U.S. visa processes would have to change to accommodate the requirements within the agreement.
Jenks explained that under the agreement, the terms don’t have an economic needs based test, which currently U.S. law requires for some types of visa applications in order to show there aren’t American workers available to fill positions.
Secondly, on page 7 of the agreement, it suggests, “The period of processing applications may not exceed 30 days.”
Jenks said this is a massive problem for the U.S. because so many visa applications take longer than 30 days.
“We will not be able to meet those requirements without essentially our government becoming a rubber stamp because it very often takes more than 30 days to process a temporary worker visa,” she said.
Jenks also spotted another issue with the application process.
“The fact that there’s a footnote in this agreement that says that face to face interviews are too burdensome … we’re supposed to be doing face to face interviews with applicants for temporary visas,” she added.
“According to the State Department Consular Officer, it’s the in person interviews that really gives the Consular Officer an opportunity to determine – is this person is a criminal, is this person a terrorist … all of those things are more easily determined when you’re sitting face to face with someone and asking those questions.”
The third issue is present on page 4 of the agreement. It only provides an “[X]” where the number of years would be filled in for the entry or temporary stay.
Jenks explained that for example, with L visas under current U.S. immigration law, the time limit is seven years – so if the agreement were to go beyond seven years, it would change current U.S. law.
This wouldn’t be unconstitutional if Obama has fast-track authority under TPA, as Congress would essentially have given him the power to finalize all aspects of the negotiations, including altering immigration law.
“I think this whole thing makes it very clear that this administration is negotiating immigration – intends to make immigration changes if they can get away with it, and I think it’s that much more critical that Congress ensure that the administration does not have the authority to negotiate immigration,” Jenks said.

I've been reading about this trade deal for weeks now. Something, somewhere, is rotten. I have no idea why the administration won't release the details but it can't be good. Rep Hunter is right on.

This (and Obamacare) are good reasons we need a constitutional amendment that says that no bills can be voted on in the house or senate until after the complete text of the bills has been on display and available to the public for at least 30 days.

+1 absolutely. Any time we hear a politician say that we just can't wait and have to vote before the facts are known & debated, we know they are hiding something from us. Scumbags.

Now I have a better understanding why the Republican elite wanted Ryan as VP for Romney in 2012 - a globalist like them.

Unfortunately yes, but even if a bill stating that were introduced it wouldn't get out of committee. We're too far along the totalitarian road.

They are trying to ram it through because the Dems get their globalization agenda furthered, and the Repubs have lobbyists who will make a ton of money by buying even more cheap crap abroad to sell here and moving what remains of good paying jobs here to places they can pay $1.14 an hour for labor.

After Obamacare I can't believe R's would even support passing a bill without letting everyone read and discuss. It is how we continue to get into trouble with an ever increasing Fed Gov. Laws like this are passed then the new commissions, departments, and regulations that come out are infinitely larger in size and scope than what we all thought would happen.

The "Fast Track" option gives the POTUS the ability to negotiate, sign & ratify a treaty without Congressional approval (it bypasses the requirement for Congressional vote). This should scare every American.

This means that the POTUS can approve the UN Small Arms Treaty, without Congressional approval and it then becomes binding... See the bigger picture here?

Also, the TPP establishes (as mentioned above) a global clearinghouse that sets laws, rules, penalties, enforcement, etc. that will completely bypass our Congress, and worse yet, our Constitution!

The TPA, which leads to the TPP, is the death blow to our Nation.

Good article by Paul McGuire linked below. Here's a snippet:

If the TPA is finally passed in one form or another, then the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty could be passed without a senatorial vote!
