Greetings,

I'm looking for a good gun rights/CCW lawyer here in CO. I have some questions regarding private business "no firearms" signs and municipal laws. I'm also considering trying to spearhead a legislative effort.

If anyone knows a good lawyer let me know who please!

Thanks.

Yeah this guy. I have had several experiences with him. One involving firearms. Former LE, and he ran for D.A recently too. He knows his stuff.

Wareham would be my suggestion as well. He defended James Mapes after he was arrested by Thornton PD for having a holstered handgun in a theater. This arrest later ended with the charges dismissed and the city of Thornton paying Mapes $25,000 for his troubles.
