Need suggestions for ATV ride tomorrow.

I want to finally take my ATV out and hit a trail. It's spent its first 8 months of ownership working and I'd like to play with it. Would like to keep trip within 1-2 hours from home and be able to return same day. It's a 2 up machine and my daughter is going with me so nothing to extreme. I've heard Rampart is not the place to go on a quad looking for a somewhat leisurely ride.

Lost Park off of 285 just south of Kenosha pass. All smooth riding etc. Perfect for breaking in a youngun.

Go up to central city, go behind it to the west and park at the cemetery. Tons of riding there and all very easy.
there is also another one on the south side of Georgetown but it is a little bit bumpy and rocky on the start but smooths out a lot once you get up top.
id recommend the central city one though as you are very close and there is more than a full day of riding back there with some great views.

I recommend Jenny Creek trail up near Rawlinsville. Close enough for a day trip and an easy loop to make on an ATV. We usually go up the fire road to the lake and then come back down the trail. You can park and unload in several spots near the Moffat tunnel. It's one of my favorite places for a quick day ride. Usually go into Nederland for a bite to eat afterwards.

I camp here all the time; there is large trail system. It is exactly 1 hour from my house. It does get busy on the weekend but nothing like Rampart.

This sounds like a great option to start. Not to far from home and looks like enough fun for first outing

Not really challenging but close to town and nice views while you are up there.

This is the general area where Sniper7 is talking about BTW, lots of trails up there.

Jenny Creek has a lot of snow still, like 10' drifts.

argentine pass / waldorf mine. first few hundred yards are rough, but go slow. the rest should be easy.
