There is a Bush and a Clinton in the next election.... Mad Max and Jurassic Park are this summer blockbuster.... I can wait for Star Wars, and will probably pay to watch Terminator again.... Really? What's new?

Maybe it's like Groundhog Day and we're getting a redo?

Given the amount of garbage that we've had to deal with over the past 20+ years, I would be happy if Doc Brown and Marty McFly were just unveiling their new adventures. Not all change is positive.

Well at least the climate change debate and looming housing market crash are new and fresh.

Got me thinking!

From wikipedia:
The history of the scientific discovery of climate change began in the early 19th century when ice ages and other natural changes in paleoclimate were first suspected and the natural greenhouse effect first identified.

And, from Business Insider:
For the first 144 years of real estate enclosure in the U.S., land sales and/or real estate construction peaked almost consistently, every 18 years," Anderson writes. "The world’s worst downturns are always preceded by land speculation (the chasing of the economic rent) fueled by misguided credit creation courtesy of the banks."

As the man says, Everything is cyclical

It is all Shakespeare, to a lesser degree, they just change up the order of the scenes and then through in a little twist at the end and the critics call it original. I prefer to read history now.
