Hah, a collector in Germany (his lawyer swears he's not a nazi and that he doesn't have any forbidden loot-art) had his Panther tank, 88mm FlaK gun, some torpedos, a G3 and an MG42 taken away from him because of weapons-of-war laws. He's suing the local government because they're supposedly all disabled, and they used the military to confiscate his stuff, which is a no-no because they're only supposed to be used for defense, not local property disputes. Local gov make the counterpoint that no private firms could have recovered the panther due to the weight/size, they had to use construction-tanks to take it from the garage.
