pretty fun game, running a destroyer is a kick in the pants torpedoing all the reds...

Been playing it for a couple weeks now. I love it! Great gameplay, and it looks beautiful, while being well optimized too!

Think I'm going to get bored but nice diversion. Overall I think war thunder a much better game. Tanks can frustrating but much more skill and strategy than hp based works of tanks. Mainly the aircraft is where is at with both paonfully dreary hyper realism and arcade modes.

It's been a bit since I've played WoW, are mods still in the game? It sort of ruined it going up against people with the "aimbot" mods.

I play World of Tanks quite a bit so I suppose its time for WoW and Armored Warfare when it's released.

i don't run any mods on WoW, but on WoT i run a couple...Aimbots will always exist...
Dodged a flock of torpedos last night while I was chasing down a cruiser.

Exactly why turning into any destroyers showing their broadside is good for survival.

Which hits, does like 3k, meanwhile a St Luis ww1 cruiser is firing back every 7 seconds doing 2,500 and lighting on fire with every salvo.....
Games not the most balanced thing ever.

You know, in real life, cruisers could reload their smaller guns faster than battleships could reload their bigger guns. So what needs to be balanced?
Play games much? You need balance or there's no reason not to play the same thing. Battleship guns are much larger but yet don't do that much more damage except for inconsistent ap rounds into the belt that act wonky. Don't have that much more survivability either except maybe some of the top tiers. Big thing is with percent chance mechanics is more important to have more fast firing rounds than a big one as it's near guaranteed fire, which when they damage crew it away are near instantly lit up again.
Destroyers can lay out some massive damage with torpedoes but are balanced by the finesse required when they explode to one torpedoes or one good full salvo on them.

That can depend on which ammo type you're using, too. HE is great for starting fires, while AP is great for causing catastrophic damage.
Problem with ap on bship though like I said it's inconsistent and a pretty small area where it will do fill damage. Further complicated by that over penetrating is a thing and somehow coringa ship straight thru means little damage rather than say automatic flooding.
