I decided to start carrying at work: M&P Shield in a Crossbreed Supertuck Delux IWB. I wear a jacket every day, so concealment is not an issue at all.

After a few weeks though, I realize I need a good belt that looks good too. The belt I wear now is too narrow. Between the gun and a radio, it cuts into my waist pretty bad.

Any suggestions for something that will look good with a suit? There was an old thread from 2005 (I think) but there may be more options out there now.

I took the plunge and got a $100 Comp-Tac kydex-lined belt a while back. I did a lot of research before making my decision and I really like it. It looks like any other belt and you can change out the buckle if you wish (I kept a less shiny one from the cheap belt it replaced). The kydex distributes the weight nicely and I'll bet you'll get more out of it if you also carry a radio.

I had gone through a couple $30 department store belts and decided I'd try something purpose built. It seemed expensive when I was shopping around but I can see where the money went and I have no regrets.

5.11 makes some. They're decent for the price. I seem to wear them out with in a year, but for the price I can't complain.. the other belts I've ordered never seem to get the sizing right. I do the measurements and they still end up off.. so.. I can get these for cheap and just replace them.
