The stupid is strong with this one. Some people just HAVE to learn things the hard way. It's bad enough she's stupid enough to blow money like that but to blame her parents?!? I don't think she should become a stripper -- she doesn't sound smart enough for it.

Well now there's a gal with a future in the Democrat party.
"The Bert Show"
Wait a minute, we have one of those here!
As for Kim, the story didn't mention what degree she was seeking. IMO, her parents told her the money was for classes and that should have been enough. You want something else, find a way to pay for it.
Who got $90k to go to school? [beatdeadhorse]

Had it been my show, she would have left the stage humiliated, embarrassed and in tears.

So you would have made her act on the "becoming a stripper" comment?
Hey Kim, need a job? I think Bill Cosby is looking for a new assistant. I don't know what the pay is, but I've read that he offers benefits. [LOL]
Sorry Fat Albert. Innocent till proven guilty.
I don't buy stories like that on radio shows.

Couple things:
1. What school does she go to? Mine is only 3k a semester, not 20. Of course I'm going to the "bagged-cereal" version of college.
2. Several times during this article I had to check to make sure that it wasn't the onion. It wasn't written very well.
3. If she does become a stripper, I have $2.46 I can make rain....errr donate to her cause.

From collegedata.com:
"Colleges often report a combined tuition and fees figure. According to the College Board, the average cost of tuition and fees for the 2014–2015 school year was $31,231 at private colleges, $9,139 for state residents at public colleges, and $22,958 for out-of-state residents attending public universities."
My impression was the grandparents left a total of $90,000 for all 4 years of college and she ran out after 3 years.
That would match up with the $31,231 cost of Private Colleges being used in 3 years.
CU's Study Abroad cost is about $30,000 for a year in Germany. She equated her trip to Europe as the same as education.
Not condoning her comments to the press. This sounds more like a set-up, a college prank, or an assignment from her Social Sciences teacher.

The funk meter is high on this one.
But look at the publicity it's getting.

Maybe she should get the GI Bill to pay for her classes at the Institute for Advanced Study of Human Sexuality in San Francisco.
