Found out a coworker of mine passed away today.

He was working and wouldn't answer his cell phone. They sent someone to check on him and found him on the ground beside his company truck. Dead.

He was only 25 years old and seemingly in really good health. In fact, I always saw him eating healthy stuff and he competed in fitness contests.

Just thought I'd post this as a friendly reminder that you really never know when it could all come to an end. So live each day to the fullest, cherish the people and things you have in your life, and go for what you want because tomorrow may be too late.

Take care and stay safe everyone.

Sorry to hear that man. I recently had a similar reminder to live life to the fullest.

Sorry for your loss Ray. And too his family too. I'm also curious as to what happened. I get caught up in a lot of petty shit from day to day. I don't step back enough and look at what I have , and be happy to be around.

Definitely a good reminder to make the best of what you've got.

Man 25 that's crazy, sorry to hear about the bad news. Prayers for his family. Good reminder to all of us, it can all be over in a blink of an eye.

Condolences. When it is time.... It is time and nothing will change that. Still sucks though.

Sorry for your loss Ray.
You never know.

One of the mechanics at CDOT was about 3 months away from retiring with 30 years.
He went out to the parking lot to go to lunch one day and bam, massive heart attack and died on the spot. Nobody found him until the end of the day.

That's sad Ray. A whole life ahead of him. The older I get the more I cherish each day.

Watched a dead lady float prone down the S Platte River today and then her empty raft floated by. Removed on the Jefferson/Douglas county line. Death does not take a vacation. Peace.

Woman killed in tubing accident (http://www.9news.com/story/news/local/2015/07/25/woman-killed-in-tubing-accident/30681789/)
I had a co-worker that died from cancer at 30. Can't take life for granted.

On a lighter note... I thought your time was up when the targets edged or the teacher said pencils down.

Too soon? [Dunno]
