I'm looking for a good and fair mechanic in the Brighton area. I have a 2013 jeep Rubicon and I would like to have the clutch checked. I also hear a rattle that I believe is coming from the transfer case, possibly the chain rattling (according to internet searches I have done). Lastly the power lock on the rear driver's side door attempt to lock it self three times whenever I lock the vehicle.

Don't rest your left foot on the clutch pedal when you are driving and your clutch will last a whole lot longer......... Other than that, I got nothing......

Depending on the mileage it still may have powertrain/drivetrain wty.
Sounds like your lock issue is the door lock actuator.

I had that lock issue on my 08 wrangler. It was the little plastic clip that connected the actuator to the lock

I think the clutch is actually fine, but since I heard the rattle in the transfer case (or that's where I think it is coming from) my mind has been playing tricks on me. I don't ride the clutch at all.

I also don't think I have any warranty left since I have almost 40K miles and have a tuning chip on it.

Doesn't FIAT/Chrysler warranty powertrain to 100k? Also, just remove the chip before taking it in.

Have your sprayed for gremlins lately? I understand they're drawn to the fluids in the vehicle during these long summer months...

How do I fix it?

KevDen: I had an 09 that would rattle a bit now and then. It was a lose exhaust hanger underneath. Later, had an 07 with a lose thermal/noise shield underneath. The clutches on both would pop out in 1st due to either an inner boot getting in the way, or a mis-machined housing. The 07 made a noise like the throw-out bearing was going. Any of these sound similar to yours?

Back on this, still looking for a mechanic in the Brighton Area that's trustworthy.

Dealership is two weeks out before they will even look at my Jeep. If I would have known that I would have made an appointment two weeks ago before I left town.
