I personally think they're gullible wackos with too much free time and I'd like to post a video that made me laugh...

Sovereign Citizens are every dumb high school kid who ever said, "You can call a cop an asshole or whatever you want, as long as you say it's your opinion, man," and just never mentally developed beyond the day they heard that or something similar.

I find it ironic, but mostly sad, that they continuously spout off about how no rules apply to them, then try to restrict the actions of others by citing a bunch of rules.

I don't care how many times, it is funny to see stupid people get tasered. It's especially great when the person with the taser does the calm cool guy no warning pop.

Best youtube comment:

What's the big deal? They didn't taser him, they only tasered his person.

The idiot Sovereign Citizens are funny ... the smart ones are downright scary and can make some poor cop or deputy's life hell with liens and what not.

In recent years it seems like there's more of the idiot ones than the smart ones (or at least the smart ones just keep a lower profile and probably don't have video cameras on them).

The crazy chick spouting off about the Articles of Confederation and "Article 4 free inhabitants" was funny too.

The cop here showed a great deal of professionalism, decorum, patience and restraint.

I like how they think that by just spouting off some random made up crap that they're magically above the law.

Jackasses.

These "sovereigns" crack me up. What does any of that gibberish mean anyway? The judge addressed all 4 entities of that idiot and they all went to jail. [ROFL2][ROFL3][LOL]

I'd never heard of these groups so I just read the first few pages of the wiki about them. Is the point to not pay taxes or just plain not follow any law at all? It seems like they'd have more success if there wasn't such a high level of douche in what they're up to. I'm reminded of the scene from the movie Blow where he tries to argue that all he did was bring natural plants across an imaginary line drawn on the map.

Also I love that she threatens to sue in the same breath that she claims that laws aren't real.

I had no idea this was a thing! There goes my productivity today.

My favorite so far is the video in cstone's post. I love it when the judge begins speaking in legalese terms and the settler/agent/individual doesn't understand because he just repeats smart sounding phrases he's heard before. He has no real concept of what he's saying.

I applaud the professionalism of the people dealing with these individuals. I wouldn't be able to stop laughing.

My favorite part of the wiki page is where it talks about a guy who didn't show up for prison, then they found him and it even lists his prisoner number and location. LOL

97% of them are like this. Only very few SC's could have an intelligent and engaging conversation with you; although they would spend most of the conversation quoting, and then interpreting, outdated US law and court cases (most of which were later overturned).

It's comical until they get your attention by somehow affecting your life. (not my situation)

On behalf of the sovereign man, unencumbered by the corporation and legal restrictions of the Articles of Confederation, we bid you greetings.

Posted as the agent and settler for the individual. cstone, the mod is currently an enigma, shrouded in mystery, and sprinkled with unfathomable perplexity; however if you leave a message, one of the many imps employed by said mod will be happy to file your message.

I see that kidicarus13 was able to successfully detain each and every one of your agents, settlers, individuals & persons lawfully & without protest for the duration of time it took each of you & your entities to read this thread & watch the linked videos. Well played kidicarus; well played.

You are now free to go in your traveling until such time as additional posts warrant further detaining.

My favorite part is this quote from a judge:

A guy I intentionally fell out contact with was at a mutual friend's BBQ a month or so ago. He explained to me that you actually don't need a driver's license and guaranteed that you could drive right into the city without one with no qualms if you knew the deal. He also explained how being in the infantry these days means you're gearing up to execute American citizens, and I finally about-faced when the words 'Jade Helm' came out of his mouth.

He is right. You can do all those things. The deal is, that if you get caught, you will be cited and not permitted to drive (or travel) after they impound your car or park it legally in a neighborhood where I am sure the vehicle will be safe. Then you will have a few months to practice up on your pseudo-legal jargon to amuse or annoy the judge who will hear your case.

What a deal!

But wait, there is more!

For a short time only, the police will throw in a brief introductory lesson in less than lethal force for those sovereign citizens or anyone else who truly believes they don't have to get out of their car when told to exit the vehicle.

That's not enough for you?

OK, then Officer Friendly will throw in a few extra charges for you and just maybe you will get a couple days of gray bologna sammiches with some green cool aid while you sit in cell with some new acquaintances. And if that isn't enough, and the judge you annoy doesn't feel like listening to your Internet fueled legal education, you get to talk to one of the the best paid public defenders the tax payers can provide.

Your Jade Helm consumed friend was correct. He really does know a great deal after watching a few hours of youtube videos. [Coffee]
