Change of addreas

I searched and wasn't able to come up with something pertaining to my situation.

Need to transfer a form 1 trust SBR to new residence out of state. I have a notarized amendment from the bank for my change of address to the truat. Do I send this in with the duplicated form 20 and then just begin the wait? Essentially wondering if both pieces of information go to the same place.

Just send in 5320.20 with the "No" checked in box 2 to indicate it's a permanent relocation.

No need to notify the ATF about your trust's change of address unless/until you decide to submit more forms using that trust in your new state. Probably wouldn't hurt to stick the change of address amendment in with the .20, but it's not necessary.
