You call the responding repair head office and ask why repairs were done w/out approval? Not to mention not put back correctly

Ummm, single phase electric motors turn the same direction no matter which way you hook up the Hot & Neutral....... They should be pulling air in through the coils and fins, and out the top. The only way to reverse flow is to remove the motor & fan and mount it with the motor up.

Now, if it a 3 phase industrial unit, it is possible to reverse wire it...........

Metro area, definitely HCWT. Up north a ways Brycom1. Both are GTG.

HOWEVER don't wait on decapping pins, If one of them breaks 1 or 2 off. Hypothetically, of course.
