Main
Firearm: Ruger LCP
Knife: Kershaw/Emerson CQC-7 folder
Flashlight: Zebralight SC52 L2 neutral

I was inspired by this video: https://youtu.be/M-OyRrGrlhA and figured I'd put my own little kit together. In the same pouch the guy in the video uses I put:
60852
Top row, left to right:
True Utility TelePen
Streamlight Nanolight
Byrd Finch (G-10)
Leatherman Style (old style, pun intended)
True Utility nail clippers
Bic Mini
2 Safety pins/paperclip
2 bandaids
Bottom row, left to right:
Aspirin/Ibuprofen
p-38 can opener
Sandisk 32gig micro flash drive
2 foot length gorilla tape
Alcohol wipe
Blister pad
Here it is all stashed:

Firearm: Walther PPK/S .380 + extra mag
Knife: Kershaw Tactical Blur
Multi-tool: Gerber Dime
Flashlight: Ozark Trail Lantern/Pen light (only because I always lose my penlights at work and drop them in water etc.)
Wallet, keys, work phone, personal phone.
cell phone
keys (I know what most of them go to)
knife (inexpensive Byrd because I don't want to lose my Delica)
LED mini maglite
a couple of cheap ballpoint pens
wallet with several library cards, three credit cards, and my CO DL
neck lanyard with several building and area passes
string cuffs
commission book and badge
whichever handgun seemed to be right for the day's planned activities
extra magazine for that handgun
I'm torn on the idea of the micro EDC. I have an EDC bag, and over the years I've culled it down from a bunch of stuff that I never use, to a different bunch of stuff that I never use. I'm a sucker for bags and EDC though, so I may reconsider.

Firearm: Glock 26 or Kel-Tec PF-9 pending on the day
Knife: Cold Steel Spartan/Grandad's Old Timer

I'm not into all the "accessories"
a couple of cheap ballpoint pens
In case you have a bright idea and want to jot it down?

I'm often amazed how much some of you guys carry.
Steyr S40, spare mag, keys, wallet, CKRT M16-12Z
Not sure where I'd carry anything else :p
I haven't had a bright idea since I turned 30 (quite some time ago). Besides, no one wants to hear my tired ideas anyway. If I want something bright, that is what I have my flashlight for.
The pens are the most devastating weapon ever carried by a low level government factotum, such as myself. [mop]

That's the other thing. Now that I work out of my car, I have several different bags for different things, and for the most part, everything rides around in the car. So do I include the box of 120 pieces of chalk, or the ammo can full of business cards, road flares, ice spikes for shoes, and jumper cables, or just what I'm carrying in my pockets (when I'm not wearing my tool belt)?
I carry my wallet and keys everyday, and that's it!
...as far as you know. [Sofa]

I always wondered what type of person did those outlines at a homicide scene.
I draw outlines of roof casualties. Mother Nature is America's Largest Street Gang. M. Nature "claimed" so many roofs in June that I really questioned if I'm in the right profession.
Ever seen a 7 piece set of patio furniture when just the ottoman survives? Or a Pella Bay window that is less than a year old smoked by hail? It's the kind of thing to make a man sick...

My "EDC" is pretty lightweight compared to most of you guys:
Keyring with only car key and house key on it
Wallet which contains 1 debit card, 1 credit card, CO DL, and a little cash (That's it)
*G26 in either a Crossbreed Supertuck or an Aliengear Tuck 2.0
Leatherman Skeletool
*Phone
*Recently added to my "EDC": Baseball cap. Great for keeping the sun off your face/neck and out of your eyes.
Items with * mean that I cannot take them to work, so they are only "EDC" items on weekends or when I'm not on shift.
I usually have a bunch of stuff in my vehicle to augment:
Couple of mags
trackfone and charger
FT-60r
poncho (woodland camo FTW)
parachord x 100ft
BlackDiamond headlamp
cheap Fenix flashlight with extra batteries
extensive medical kit
extra clothes for all weather including extra socks
extra pair of steel-toe boots
small homemade survival kit including firestarting, water purification, and a bunch of other survival stuff inside
small fire estinguisher
trash bags
maps
work gloves
duct tape
4 mil plastic sheeting
and more
Most days this is what I carry on me

Anyone else pack an AR, can, and extra pistol with lots and lots of ammo for all when traveling away from home? :D
I should submit a 5320.20 for an SBR every year so I can take one to the lake for vacation. :D

Call me crazy, I really hate going on road trips with only a pistol or two. Couple weeks ago we visited some friends in Grand Junction and last week went to another friend's cabin. We took my wife's car as I was having the jeep looked at the car gets better than twice the gas mileage. After packing with kid and all the stuff and food we needed I realized I had to sacrifice my AR and there just wasn't room. I was actually thinking of getting something like this for those road trips.

Anything more than 2 hours away, or if I feel there is an increased risk, and I'll bring extra stuff. Throw my "tier 2" backback in the trunk and maybe a rifle and some mags if warranted. Stupid thing is that I need to carry 3 times as many mags here because of the 10 round limit. *facepalm*

I really do like it since its pretty light and thin. The trigger isnt bad now that I am used it. When I first got it and started shooting it I was pretty skeptical at first. Just felt like a long pull and not as smooth as I would have liked. Cleaned it up and it was much better. But just like any firearm you train with, the more you practice with it the more you get used it.
How do you like your pf9? the trigger?
