Which Harris bipod & adaptor for accurized AR15 CR6724

I am getting a accurized AR15 (flattop, 24 in stainless bull barrel) CR6724. I have my mind made up on a Harris bipod although I know there are other good ones for less.

Two questions: Which bipod model including leg length?
What are my options regarding which adaptor to get? (prefer it be detachable if possible)
What are the advantages and disadvantages of various setups?

I will be shooting both prone and bench.
