Anyone want to go shooting?

I'm headed out to CRC after work tomorrow to get a few hunting rifles ready. My buddy was supposed to join me but he's on his period or something like that, so if anyone wants to head out and do a little shooting, I will be there around 4:30 and probably shoot till dark.

It was a nice evening at the range. Discovered that one of my loads for my .270 Weatherby was a little to hot (stuck bolt and stuck brass) finished up on the 200 yard range and I was going to run down to the silhouette range when I discovered that I had a dead battery in the truck. You never realize how far out CRC is until your truck battery is dead and it's almost dark. Luckily a REALLY good friend drove down from wiggins and gave me a jump. Other than that it was great. That was the first time that I had been to the rifle range since getting back from Alaska last year. I'm heading out again next Monday after work, if anyone wants to join.

My battery decided to shit the bed in the middle of the pawnees. Middle of nowhere. It started to get dark so my buddy and I packed up then... Nothing. The wife was not happy about that call and drive. Also like a couple of clowns we shot all our ammo. So we had no defense against rapist hoards. Had to stay warm by spooning, though it wasn't really cold now that I think about it.

now I carry a jumper thing in my jeep. Still no blankets.
