Baring anything out of the ordinary popping up, we should be closing on our new house at the end of October. There is a modular that my mom is going to move into and we want to referb it for her first. I can get exact plans with room sizes. Total Sq footage is about 1300, 3 small bedrooms and 2 small full baths.
It was built in 95' and is in decent, lived in condition. We just want to replace the carpet with a low - mid grade carpet and pad, replace the linoleum in the kitchen and bathrooms and have the interior painted (exterior was just done). We want to get it done the first or second week of November if at all possible, my mom will be moving in shortly afterwards.
It's not going to be a DIY as it needs to be finished fairly quickly. :)
