Price to put up a livable tilt-up building

So I bought 10 acres a few years ago and we are in the final stages of getting the house plans done. However, the cost to build the actual house is going to be insane and made doubly so by the price of contractors these days. So I am thinking I could put up a small-ish outbuilding on the property, live in it awhile (3-5 years) while I wait for the market to go back down and eventually build the actual house. Then I would turn the tilt-up into my garage/hangar (this is an airport/fly-in location).

Has anyone ever done a tilt-up that you could actually get a CoO on? Anyone have any ideas on costs? People to talk to? Bueller?

Okay that's awesome and exactly the kind of thing I am looking for. Anyone know of someone doing this kindeal of stuff in around the metro area?

Honestly your best bet right now is to be your own general contractor. Have the company you buy the building from set you up with a crew that can install it. Then hire out the finish based on your plans. It'll save you % 10 and you can get it done the way you want it also allows for you to save a few bucks on some of the work.
