I have an RF 100 primer filler that was missing a few of the rubber insulating feet and Dillon's website didn't list a replacement. Emailed them asking if they are available for purchase. Left my number and address for contact. Three days later I get an email saying I have a package of parts headed my way. This is my first experience with their No BS Warranty and it's everything I've heard it is. By once, cry once. Go Dillon!

They're fairly good at taking care of their customers. Thinking of sending my presses back for a good go through. Rough count has 1 of the 650's @ 12k . The other not too far behind. IF they didn't offer their lifetime warranty , i'd tear them down and install bushings, or needle bearings, auto oiler for the ram and some other easier to maintain stuff.

I had a similar experience with Niles Audio.

I picked up a powered speaker selector switch second hand that was missing the AC/DC power brick. I inquired about purchasing a replacement and provided my address to estimate shipping charges. Next day I get an e-mail with a $0 invoice and shipping info.

Companies like this deserve our business and I tell everyone about great customer service every chance I get. I also tell everyone about really bad CS too. P.S. F*ck CenturyLink. haha

I was thinking the same as you, but like you say, their warranty is so good, why mess with the machine. I have a single stage that I might machine out and install Torrington cage bearings and other bull crap because I can. I even contemplated building a press similar to a Corbin CSP swagger. Maybe one day.

I broke the handle on SDB and they rebuilt it for me, no charge. That same press somehow had a spent primer get wedged between the ram and the press body, same thing, they rebuilt it, no questions asked. They're top notch, especially since I bought this press used and they still take care of it.

I bought, decades ago, a Dillon 550 and all the stuff needed to reload several calibers. My friends, father and his best friend and my self loaded many thousands of rounds and when a powder measure setup gave me problems, Dillon replaced it no questions. When I moved to CO in 1999 I left it with my father who continued to use it. Before I got it all back a few years ago he had worn it out twice, sent it back to Dillon and each time it was fully reconditioned and returned within two weeks, each time any upgrades to the RL 550 were applied.

I have no remorse in selecting a Dillon as my reloading tool.
