I want Gowdy right where he is, poking into the Obama Administration's illegal actions instead of being distracted by "Big Strategy" and catering to 434 whiny a-holes (okay, probably more like 394 whiny a-holes as some of them are pretty good). I'd rather see Louie Gohmert or Mike Lee take over as Speaker. We need a former prosecutor like Gowdy to get past the lies, delays, and obfuscations being put forth by Obama's Justice Department and State Department.

Gohmert and Gowdy both said they won't take the job.

I'd like to see Gowdy as the next Attorney General.

I'd like to think that anyone they put forth would be better than Boner, but I have zero faith that the R's will do the right thing right now.

Best case scenario, they put forth a strong conservative, then use this momentum to get rid of Mitch McConnell.
