reproductuon M3 trench knife

Had a Boker repro m3 in my hand the other day, seems very well made, I was wondering if any of you knife gurus thought this would be an adequate combat knife?

blade looks like M7 bayonet...shop around mil surplus stores, pawnshops, yard sales etc. If you have an ar with bayonet lug, it will fit it too. Personally, I would prefer a Kabar Marine full size. I keep a SOG Seal pup in the truck.
