In typical, liberal fashion the Chicago Mayor blames Chicago police officers for the murders and crime in this shithole of a city. A city long run by corrupt, liberal democrats. You wanna know why there's a "war on cops" being waged right now? Look no further than liberals in charge...starting at the top.
Emanuel said officers are being "tentative" in their work. Because of the aftermath of incidents such as occurred in Ferguson they don't want to be the next news story. That part I don't necessarily disagree with. But what are the real reasons they feel that way? Because of the support liberals-in-charge gave to the thugs and rioters...and not to the police. I'd feel that way, too.
Words can't express the deep hatred I have for liberal policies and ideals.

He recently had to distance himself from some school administrator he hired who turned out to be corrupt to the core.
So if crime decreases we praise the Criminals?
It's not George Bush's fault?
So, this is a surprise... how?
The first play in the Dems playbook: It's never their fault, always someone else’s fault.
Nauseating isn't it?
I'm sure this is going to help the situation. [Sarcasm2]

So if the police go on strike that will bring crime to a halt?

Of course the explanation COULDN'T be their failed policies. Let the police do their job & get out of the way.
I hope the cops don't worry about protecting his sorry ass!

Rahm Emanuel has always been a cheap lying turdball ready to sell out anyone for political advantage. His treasonous arse ought to be in prison with the rest of the Clintonistas and Obamadrones.

So if the police go on strike that will bring crime to a halt?
No, but the recorded crime stats will drop. Which is really all that matters, right?

Right!!
If it's not recorded, it never happened.
blame everyone and everything, because it can't be the liberal policy that is failing.......
Interesting news in light of this; Homan Square revealed: how Chicago police 'disappeared' 7,000 people (http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/homan-square-revealed-how-chicago-police-disappeared-7000-people/ar-AAfCnJx?li=AAa0dzB)
Police “disappeared” more than 7,000 people at an off-the-books interrogation warehouse in Chicago, nearly twice as many detentions as previously disclosed (http://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2015/aug/05/homan-square-chicago-thousands-detained), the Guardian can now reveal.
From August 2004 to June 2015, nearly 6,000 of those held at the facility were black, which represents more than twice the proportion of the city’s population. But only 68 of those held were allowed access to attorneys or a public notice of their whereabouts, internal police records show.
The new disclosures, the result of an ongoing Guardian transparency lawsuit and investigation, provide the most detailed, full-scale portrait yet of the truth about Homan Square, a secretive facility that Chicago police have described as little more than a low-level narcotics crime outpost where the mayor has said police “follow all the rules”.
DeBlasio hinted at the same thing last year. I believe Baltimore PD was blamed for the bloodiest year since 1974 as well.
What I find interesting is that while the Democrat party goes to war against LE, urban LE unions will continue to endorse Dem candidates. The individual officers who disagree will continue to pay their union dues.
That seems to be changing a bit but it's not like they'd ever endorse a Republican...

Now I know that's very different in other departments, along with attitudes/beliefs.

Maybe they picked the wrong 7,000 people? [Coffee]
