Just heard this on the news. Actually, I'l a bit surprised he at least didn't wait until after Hillary's Benghazi hearing tomorrow. My thinking was that if Hillary is a disaster, Joe will likely decide to run as the DNC may calculate that she can't win. However, part of me thinks that tomorrow will NOT be a disaster for Hillary. For sure, Hillary and her lawyers will have a tight gameplan put together for that meeting. She won't repeat "at this point, what difference does it make?", but I suspect she will have some very carefully rehearsed responses ready to go that will obfuscate, demonize, and/or deflect the questioning.
From what I have already heard, it sounds like the FBI already has or will have shortly significant evidence of criminal wrongdoing. The only question is whether they will act on it or if the politicization of the executive branch will prevent anything serious from coming through the FBI (my bet is on politicized FBI and no indictment, based on what we have seen in the other branches of Fed gov in the past 7 yrs). Then, if the Benghazi committee doesn't uncover a really smoking gun on their own, it will be deflect, deflect, deflect by Beeho and the Klintons and their media buds. Then it will be clear that Hillary has the full blessing of the DNC and dem elites and she will be the presumptive nominee.
I always thought that Elizabeth Warren would be "plan B" instead of Biden, but its clear to me the DNC is saving her for bigger and better things in the future. I believe whoever wins the RNC nomination can and should beat Hillary, but never count out the Klinton money and machine. IMHO, it is irreversably over for the US of A if Klinton somehow wins the white house.

He's not running since the bengazi fix is (or should i say) was in some time ago. The R's stepped all over their dicks on this one.

I don't think there is a deadline....and if there were these are (D) so rules don't matter.

I got as far as this before I decided they already know the outcome of the hearing...

Remember, the questions she will be asked have all been delivered to her weeks ago.
Remember, tell all your liberal/dem friends to push for Bernie. It will be awesome if he gets the nomination (which he wont -- but the more left you can push Hillary the better it will be for the non-crazies).
For those that have forgotten, Biden has run before. He is a darling in the Dem machine. Do a little research. He was bashing Odummy, prior to his VP selection.
Very dangerous.

So you're saying we can expect attorney reviewed, well rehearsed responses from Hillary? I wouldn't expect any less.
Michael Brown discussed this a couple weeks ago. He made the prediction that the FBI would forward charges to the DOJ, and Hillary would be forced to bow out. Then uncle Joe would come in and save the Democrats. It would be like Obama 2.0! I'm thinking nothing will come out of the Benghazi mess, and Hillary will be able to get back to full speed ahead campaigning and it'll be a tight fight between her and the Socialist. Either way, if Hill and Bern are the best the Dems can come up with, this is really the Republican's race to lose. If the R's lose, so goes America.

That's what everyone says for every election.

When Bernie institutes socialism, over his first term... ???? When Hillary demands we all register our guns, then takes them... I don't think we can survive 4 more years under a democrat president, look how bad things have gotten under Obama...

IF you read the comments section under any numerous Obama / Administration events. You will see an overwhelming opinion that O has saved the U.S from rampant over spending, lost jobs, boosted employment numbers, kept us out of another war in the Middle East. Struck a deal with Iran that prevents them from developing nuclear weapons / arsenal etc.
They are True Believers. Hell they still BLAME BUSH for what's happening in Syria. The mass exodus of those poor refugees fleeing a sadistic regime, BLAH, BLAH, BLAH.
I would not be surprised to see a few Hill or Bern supporters copy those Buddhist folks who did public displays of Self-Immolation
All in the name of ENDING GUN VIOLENCE, WOMAN'S REPRESSION AND OF COURSE SUPPORT FOR THE GLBT UVWXYX Community.
Remember these folks gave us 8 years of Obama.
Give it time, their delusions will be repaired by reality.

Ladies and gentlemen, Great-Kazoo just explained, in perfect terms, why liberalism is a mental disorder! Couldn't have said it better. They don't know the ship is sinking, they won't bother to go below deck and see that its already full of water.
That's what everyone says for every election.
Even before the interwebs, I recall talk radio referring to each upcoming presidential election as "the single most important election of our generation". While some here are older than I am, this stretches back to the 70's in my memory. While I'm not trying to belittle the importance of the upcoming election and the need to keep Hillary out of higher office, we do indeed hear the mantra about how if the wrong people win, it's "the end of the United States" - every. single. election. cycle.
While the mantra might be true, it's time to come up with a new jingle.
