I recently acquired a used Burris AR-536 optic. It had a noticeable clockwise cant on the reticule.
I sent it back to Greeley hoping their 'lifetime' repair was still in effect, also expecting the 6 to 8 week turn around time.
Six days later I had a brand new scope! New sunshade, flip-up lens covers, mount, instructions and all, and no cant on reticule.
No 'refurb' stickers on the box or noted on packing slip.
Burris is a class act!
