That's for the initial job application. it's when one gets to the real BGC and personal history, HOPEFULLY said info would be taken in to account.
A felony stays with you forever. UNLESS you get it expunged $$$. A good portion of you are too young to remember a time when possession of 1-2 joints was a felony. In some states like WY, a few joints was also enough to charge you with distribution. After all (was the mind set) why would someone have multiple joints on them if not to distribute / sell.
In NY a baggie of weed was mandatory prison time usually 14+ months . One guy i went to school with, busted for 2oz. His sentence..... 5 years.. Oh the Rockefeller years were such a glorious times
Article pointed out, they usually look at that stuff later in the history already rather than early.
Obviously I think they wont take double murderers, but just means more people like our lovely check forging, shoplifting Colorado representative working these jobs.
Is there a requirement for application submissions to retain entitlement programs? I'm not familiar with the programs or process, so I really want to know if this also eases things on those trying to scam the system for longer term entitlements.
