Other profs. agree that the Constitution is "oppressive" and "causes people pain."

I'm not smart enough to know where these people get these ideas, but I can see the writing on the wall, and it is ugly.

There is an episode of Penn and Teller's "BULLSHIT!" (The PETA episode) where they have a guy who declares something as college level stupid. In other words, you have to have been to college to be smart enough to think of something so stupid. It makes more sense in context and is perfect for this situation. It's a wonderful insult to boot.

Yes, this seems more like the counselor trying to work through a stupid situation more than anything. At first anyway.
