Searched a bit and didn't come up with anything I was specifically looking for.
Does anyone have an OWB holster they would recommend that has the equivalent of IWB clips? Most of the OWB holsters have belt loops where you have to thread the belt directly through in order to carry. I'm looking for something in the winter months (and summer) where I can slip on right after work when I get in the truck on my 5 minute drive home that can carry my full size M&P.
I'm also looking for something to easily slip on and off before and after work. I'm looking at the comp-tac paddle holster right now. The paddle seems like it will add some bulk but still a good on and off option without clips though.
For quick in and out (that's what she said) I just grab my remora holster. No clips to worry about at all.
Sounds like you just want a paddle though.

While not exactly what you're looking for, there are many holster makers that make pancake holsters with snap loops that can be removed without taking your belt off.
Here's Lobo Gun Leather's snap loop holster http://www.lobogunleather.com/4_1-sl_pancake_snap-loop (he's down in Pueblo).

Might want to look at Hidden Hybrid Holsters. http://hiddenhybridholsters.com/Home.php

Being a Safariland fanboy, I'll point you in that direction. All these paddle holsters have a hook that goes under the belt, and you really have to pry hard to get that hook away from the belt to get the holster off. In other words, they won't come off by accident.

I have a number of 5181s and 6378s, though I run the 6378s with the belt loops (that model comes with both belt loops and a paddle).
I'm going to be trying out the 5198, that appears to be a new one to me.

Most holster manufacturers avoid using clips for retaining an OWB holster because they typically don't provide reliable retention of the holster to your belt and the holster comes with the pistol when you try to draw it, and they are too easy for someone to walk up and "snatch" your pistol and holster off your belt (the holster in the link above looks like it addresses those concerns and would still have decent retention to your belt with the retaining hooks built into the clips). Instead, they go to the snap loops or paddles for people that want/need something that can be removed without undoing your belt. I've found that from my use the paddle holsters don't conceal well as they tend to naturally lean out, while the snap loops are just about as concealable as a holster with belt loops - you may have different results.
The complaint about the holster clips above is that the clips can accommodate a 1.5" belt, so there is some movement before clips stop the upward movement of the holster on a draw. My personal solution would be to only use one of those quick connect clips. Leave the normal clip in front, so you only have to pull your belt out of as few loops as possible to thread in, then rotate the quick clip onto the belt. With at least one solid mount, the holster isn't going any where on a draw.
So I got the comp-tac paddle. The holster goes off and on pretty easily with the pistol removed. Once its on, it doesn't move around at all and I can't see if falling off by accident. I knew what it was when I ordered it but now I wish it had some other pistol retention besides friction. Being OWB it worries me that a chair or something might bump the pistol out. Also there is no way I could conceal it with a t-shirt. It will be ok during the colder months with outerwear on but it will be pretty much open carry during the warmer months. It does get my pistol back on my hip easily before and after work for now. I saved a few bucks on amazon and it still shipped direct from the mfg.
