I don't think he actually filed a suit yet. It was only a demand from the attorney. The school district and the police are in an excellent position to defend the suit. IMO, total nonsense.

I say they take it to the courts. An obvious attempt to extort $$$. No jury in their right mind would award that much... the boy was warned, his behavior was the same.
