Need new floor vent covers.

I'm looking for new vent covers, these are old and look pretty crappy. The problem is that like most things in this house, they are not a standard size.

They measure 24x8 external and 21.5x6 internal with a screen attached to keep crap from falling into the vent.

Does anyone know where I can find something like this or is there anyone on here that could custom make some nice looking ones, I need 3 of them? I understand they won't be cheap.

Just replaced the ones in my boss's house after some new flooring went in. Same thing.. Not standard sizes. I'll see if I can get the info on where they got those damn things. They were fancy smancy looking too.

Thanks Monkey, let me know what you find out. I've seen some pretty cool metal working from some on the site so hopefully we can get custom if everything else fails.
