Not necessarily. He never mentioned a person of the opposite sex making the sandwich. Your predominantly heterosexual mind just assumed he meant a woman. What if he meant his buddy Jim?

Zach O

100% female. I'd never trust a buddy to make me a sammich. That's got "bad shits" about to happen written all over it...

Burt is right!

PB&J with ruffles potato chips in between the PB & J. It's real good on a hogie roll. Which is usually WHITE.

Oh yeah

Ruffles tucked into a pb&j is the best. Ever throw a layer of Pringles in a tuna fish sandwich? Well worth the try if you haven't...

Then what do you put the PB&J on?

Tortilla

or one could drop a bunch of PB & J in a snack sized bowl, put chips in another, snack a way. People stared at the bowls for maybe 4-5 minutes till one of the guest said, what the hell i'm hungry. 10 min later the question was, hey you have any more? Maybe crunchy PB this time.

No.

Only if you toast the bread from the burning cross in your front yard, and if your peanut butter and jelly has the sweat of a thousand slaves behind it.

Other than that, ..............you're GOOD....just sayin'.

You know, now that I think about it, I vaguely remember from Black History Month when I was in school that a black man named George Washington Carver pretty much invented peanut butter.

Guess I'm good to go and not a racist since I put peanut butter on my white bread.

Actually, GW Carver is mistakenly credited, but actually a Canadian by the name of Marcellus Gilmore Edson is credited with receiving the 1st patent for originally peanut paste, then renamed peanut butter. The more you know...

Well, that's not what I remember growing up. Certainly the educational system back in the 70's and 80's wasn't intentionally putting out false information.

You are a white male (I'm guessing). Everything that comes out of your mouth is racist. Just ask a PC minority/entitled majority.

Damn, now a want a PBJ on race appropriate bread.

A long time ago you could buy peanut butter with bacon bits in it. I have not seen any in over 30 years so I make my own. I don't actually make the peanut butter, I just make my own bacon bits and stir it in to the peanut butter. It really is good on a piece for buttered toast, even without the jelly.

Shit, dude. If I'm too lazy to make my own PB & banana sandwich I'm definitely too lazy to make my own banana jelly. I want to buy it at the store. I do like that the recipe calls for rum.

LongArmoftheLaw
11-28-2015, 09:48
Haha alright that is a fair point! I didn't even notice the rum! Nice!
