The vaunted no fly list is arbitrary, so I imagine BHO's new EO is just going to add "not allowed to buy guns" to the prohibited freedoms already handed out to citizens. My hope is by doing this congress will then get involved and require that a judge must rule on all additions to the no fly list, since owning guns is protected and flying is not. I imagine just owning guns could get your name on a no fly list in this admin.

As I understand it, he offed himself because he was about to be sentenced to years in prison despite insisting on his innocence throughout the process. Rather than subject himself to the dishonor of the sentencing, he chose to off himself before things were 'final" -- yeah, doesn't make a lot of sense to me either but I don't know what mental state I'd be in after months of the BS he was subjected to. After his suicide, the witnesses against him admitted they had perjured themselves to get lighter sentences for their own misconduct.

All I know is that after watching Rod Blagojevich run a circuit on day time talk shows trying to sell his innocence, I gained a lot more respect for Mr. Dwyer's decision.
