I need an HVAC company recommendation near Falcon, CO

I'm selling a house in Falcon/Peyton, CO and the buyers want the HVAC to be serviced and cleaned.
I've been burned on this once before by a shady HVAC company years ago.

Can anyone recommend a reputable HVAC company in the Falcon / Colorado Springs area?
