Yay for the good guy! Depends on the jurisdiction, not uncommon, in addition to needing a warrant to thoroughly examine a scene in private property.

When they could've simply shot him in the legs. This man was getting jumped and he DEFENDED himself, which is what any nigga with a gun would have did. It's called SELF DEFENSE!
