This popped up on Facebook a little while ago, I did not see a date on it.

Its funny how they tried to rig the poll.

The options are:

Yes, the Second Amendment guarantees it
No, its too dangerous
Only for self defense

So they give you basically two variations on "yes" and one on "no" thus splitting the "yes" vote and they can claim that "no" wins ... what they didn't count on is 90%+ choosing the first yes :p

These kind of things are simply to get lots of views on the site and drive their advertising revenues. Click-baiting.

We inadvertently end up helping to fund the Marxist MSM when they do this. Of course, if we didn't, they would publish "blah blah % guns are bad". Otherwise, it just gets buried and they enjoy the revenue (page views).

Damned if you do, damned if you don't.

I'm running "NoScript" (https://noscript.net/) and "Ghostery" (https://www.ghostery.com/) ... so Google Analytics is blocked (along with a lot of other stuff) unless I specifically white-list it per each site I visit.

Nice. I use "Blur" along with Adblock Pro, Adguard Adblocker, and tinyFilter. Those two look like nice additions to my current list. [Beer]

I also run NoScript and I had to refresh this page 4 times to get the dumb poll to load. The Internet is infested with garbage these days.

Also, here are the current results. Not too shabby, even with their attempt to split the "yes" votes:

I couldn't either...type "guns in public" in the search box at the top right, then click "polls".

Looks like they stopped tallying votes at least a day ago. It was at 354k total votes the first time I saw it yesterday.
