Thoughts on Remington UMC 9mm in 100 round value packs?

I am always on the lookout for inexpensive plinking ammo, and have seen some UMC ammo for a good price around town. Normally I shoot Winchester white box at the range. What are your guys' thoughts on the Remington product? It will primarily be feeding a P226, Beretta 92, and CZ 75.

I can't speak for OP, but I picked up 1k for under $200 out the door around Thanksgiving at dsg. On sale, had a coupon, and got extra reward points on top of it all.

Contrary to other members' shopping habits I don't have forbidden stores like Dick's or CTD. I reward those sellers that make purchases easy on my wallet. I am all about the free market.

My bad. I thought you had poo-pooed dsg in a thread a while back. Forgive my memory, it was not an attack.
They have had some pretty good deals in the last year, but some of their normal pricing is still a bit high.

Hey, thanks for the input. It was at Dicks. $19.99 per 100 pack. 115g FMJ. Plenty there, too. They also had some foreign stuff in a big 350 round box, but it was running about 32 cents a round vs. the UMC at 20 cents. WWB was about 30 cents a round.

I think they are great. Probably gone through 5 of them
