Does anybody know where I can purchase a Mil-Spec buffer tube in Colorado Springs or Pueblo?

Thanks

I would think Specialty Sports would have one.

Springs Armory or Livefire Armory should be able to help you as well

Last night at Whistling Pines a friend just told me about "Family Firearms" at Academy and Maizeland (NE corner strip mall). Says they have a selection of AR bits for sale. Don't know myself, but I'll have to run by there this weekend and check it out.

Ditto! In fact, time opened up today so I'm just going to do a loop through all three.

APEX Gun Parts usually has them in stock for the M4 & M16.
I think right now all the M4 (adjustable stock) tubes by themselves are out of stock.
We have them for the M4 with the stock, buffer & spring.
For the M16 we have factory Colt tubes.
They are all shown on the web site.
You can call your order in and do a local pick-up if you prefer, otherwise we will ship to your door.

Fatboy, here's a recon report on your milspec tube:

Livefire has a couple, Family has a couple (as well as kits -- tube, spring, buffer, nut, etc.), Springs is closed until after new years and APEX has no retail area (no wonder I drove right past it! :))

Family has a lot of stuff, it kinda surprised me. They've moved slightly to the East. There's a "GUNS" sign on the building and they're actually about 50 feet to the East/right of that, right in the corner -- same strip mall.

I should add -- Livefire and Family's both have lowers in stock as well, for anyone that has waited this long to jump on the bandwagon. At Livefire the lowers run $90-$110 for stuff without fancy skulls, whatever.

It's probably a good thing that they don't.. Once I went in the door, if I left at all, I would most likely have put myself in a position of debt that I would be working at Walmart until I was in the grave paying it off.

For customers it is easier to shop our products on-line than to try and find them on the shelves in the mail order area!
You can call in your order and ask my CS people if it is OK to do a local pick-up.
You cannot just walk in, if we have your order ready/boxed it will be inside the door on the counter when we let you in.

Thanks for the update! I was supposed to go to Springs yesterday but it didn't end up happening. Getting ready to go now, I'm thinking they will be closed for new years day, but I'll try and call anyhow. Definitely have to make a trip up there if not today, they look to have a good stock and selection of stuff based on their web site.
