Awesome! I've been curious about setting up a trust myself. Are they expensive to create?

I am using Rod. Thanks to the individual or individuals that got me in contact with Rod. I feal much better about using him after a short couple of emails and a phone call from him. I would recommend him to anyone.

If I put ffa in my post it's cause I'm still kind of messed up in the head and a special bread of Texan that is extremely high functioning for your average south Texan

Not too long ago the going rate was $600 if I remember correctly. Now is the time, and Rod is the guy.

Thanks for the kind words, guys.

To be perfectly clear and to set the record "straight," I did not do--nor have I ever had anything to do with--Electroman's ASS!

If you or anyone else E-Files a Form 1. REMEMBER... reduce the size of the trust to 3MB or smaller...

Correct. They don't need to know what it's for, all they're notarizing is that it is you that signed the doc.

In my case, the notary at my bank just said they only notarize for their own internal requirements.

As to the e-form1. Make sure you complete the firearm line item and NEXT to ELECTRONIC DOCS and attach the TRUST doc to the application, don't attache the trust doc to the firearm line item.

Yep seen you say that often. It is how I try to buy my firearms.

I've learned the hard way on that. That why I usually take my time and don't rush on what I consider to be vital pieces to any firearm.

God I'm lasy. I've had my trust paperwork for about a week and still haven't gotten it notarized. I will do it today or tomorrow for sure. Kind of hard to apply for sbr ok under my trust when the paperwork isn't complete

You're signed in the e-files. So when you get up early tomorrow, you'll be ready to submit your first NFA item, yes? Might as well put another one in while you're at it.
PAY.GOV Thanks You ;)

I'm registered to e-file. My first one will be for an sbr. I have a built lower just lying around. Or should I do a suppressor first, Dammit Jim!!! I'm also thinking of applying for my ffl license for a part time Hobbie for some extra cash when not working 12hrs at my full time job.

Hey, you guys who just got your stuff notarized, did you have additional co-trustees on your trust? If so, do they have to sign the trust at time of notarization as well? I'm trying to figure out who to make a co-trustee now, or add them on later.

It doesn't need to be notarized for the ATF to accept it...

Not necessary. Only the TRUSTEE needs it.
