Sheesh. I can't imagine a 50 cal suppressor is very cheap.

Nope. Not cheap at all. AAC and AWC are the most common 50 BMG cans.

I have a 510 Whisper in the works.

Hmmm. What if we then take the Beck and use a plastic sabot to fire a subcaliber bullet, like maybe in .308 caliber? /sarcasm

I only read the linked article, but I have to wonder what the bullet arc and ballistics are at different ranges.

Also, if you'd rather stay on the AR-15 platform you can load a .458 SOCOM to be subsonic with a 600 gr projectile.

Or because I can...

The because I can is a strong element of it. I dream of somehow a bit larger mag than 10 and barrel swapping it into an MDR. Then again knocking your ass on the ground doing a 10 round bump fire dump would be funny. But otherwise ya more likely a waste of money and time. Just kinda neat unlike some of the others it has lancer already having a altered mag ready for it.
