It's these kind of creative "we're not banning guns" but actually "we are banning guns actions" that got DC slapped after Heller. If it's an individual right, even accepting limits on the types of guns one can own, the right must be accommodated. I don't see how this would stand with recent legal precedents.

I'm convinced NY politicians learned everything they know about guns from TV. They saw Barney Fife survive many seasons of "The True Life Adventures of a Gun Fighter Named Andy Griffith" using just one bullet. If Barney survived all the crazy gun fights and shoot outs with one bullet, how many bullets do people really need?
