I have seen a few pictures of this from different angles. Seems fake but I wouldn't bet money on that guess.

The one thing standing out to me is how the extra teeth appear to have plaque on them. Wonder how plaque developed when the teeth have never been used.

-same yellow coloration as those that are enclosed in a fully formed mouth
-same wear pattern as those in the enclosed mouth that presumably are used for frequent eating
-upper gums intact....without benefit of saliva from lower jaw closing (ever seen a meth addicts teeth remain perfect like that?!)
