I am watching the new show with R. Lee Ermey. It is a rather cool show IMHO. I like Ermey and all his stupid quips.
Am I the only one who is kinda irritated or pissed about the fact on the history of the pistol show, they shoot at glass bottles etc? I am betting they didnt pick up their crap afterwards and left the range full of shattered glass.

I'm sure the production crew cleaned up all the glass properly. It was likely done for the dramatic effect. However, I think it sets a bad tone because there will be some people who will think its OK to shoot glass up at a range.
I also wish he would have used worn shooting glasses whenever he was shooting but, nonetheless, I still liked the show.
It would suck to be some lackey on the crew that has to pick up all the stuff that Gunney blows up. I enjoy the show and my wife doesn't hate it which is as close as she is going get to enjoying a show about guns.

I am hit or miss on the shooting glasses. I do wear them when I shoot, yet I have never had anything blow back in my face.
I do agree though, he should have worn some to set a good example.
