Best FFL for private party transfers in the Denver / Boulder Area?

What is the current best options for private party transfers in the Denver / Boulder / Longmont area? Tried searching this sub-forum, but I couldn't find anything.

Rampart Firearms. Good folks, and $20 transfers. Be aware that DCF does transfers but they are like $45-$50. A few people have been caught off guard by that.

That's what I do, had a pretty good collection of G19 mags there for awhile.

Last time I was there a couple of months ago, they threw a shit-fit about an FTF FFL Transfer I was meeting someone there for, until it turned out the guy I was meeting was a long time customer.

Just a heads up, they may not be willing for two people new to them.

We ended up meeting at Tendell Tactical in Monument, worked out well, nice and quick and reasonable. I didn't know gunbroker.com had that search function. Thanks guys

I certainly got the impression it was a recent policy change. But as a potential new customer, the treatment was a turn off. After all, it was their long time customer who recommended the place, and when I said I was meeting a guy there for a FTF FFL, it was a far cry from "all smiles". Was told they don't do that anymore, but since I was there already, well they would go ahead and make an exception. When regular walks in, it was "oh for you, its OK but so you know, we don't do that anymore". Too much hassle for too little payoff I guess.

Too bad, they are fairly local to me.

Wow. Just called Jax in Lafayette at someone's suggestion to meet there for a purchase. $10 for the transfer and $7 for the background check. $17 all in. They do private party transfers.

Anyone have a reason not to use them?

Anyone know oif any places that do private party transfers between Longmont Westminster? Preferably out by the highway that way we don't need to stray to far off the highway where we are meeting. I checked all the links here and nothing really in that area off the highway came up. Thanks!
