Are we not seeing it already with the way the establishment is pushing people like Ron Paul out of the primaries, even though he had a ton of delegates? And now Rand Paul is not in the debates, but people like Jeb Bush are magically rising in the polls.

Honestly, what do you think "Superdelegates" are? It's basically the party's panic switch they can invoke if their own candidates aren't getting enough support. Same thing is happening right now with Clinton.

There are still some conservative Democrats around, they usually represent people from more rural states like Montana and the Dakotas. Max Baucus comes to mind but he's in China now.
