I picked this up a few years ago and was wondering if anyone would be able to tell me what make and model it may be. Any info would be greatly appreciated

Looks like an old BPS (Browning pump S/gun) it might be one of the take down models. Looks like the bbl & tube come off, based on pictures of other BPS units.
I saw this thread last night and thought that sure looked familiar.

I though my Grandfather bought mine it at Montgomery Wards but now I don't see those markings that I was sure were there. Mine does have a couple of markings on it though.

Maybe a Stevens 520? Or a Ranger?
Looks like an old j c higgens that I had some 45 years ago in college. Worked ok just didn't fit me well

I have the same one and shot it for the first time this summer. It had a few feeding issues, but still broke clays.
