Anyone used American Reloading for any purchases? They're supposedly based in Renton, WA.
Mostly pulls, but some new. Looking for any intel before giving up my CC info. No flags on BBB website, for what that's worth.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks. I browse High Tech when I remember, but for unknown reasons I forget them unless I consult "my list".
ETA: I think I have a purchase or two under my belt with HT.

Rocky Mountain Reloading is another good source.

Haven't, but interested. Also check out high tech ammo for pulls (fewer option there, but some stuff goes fast so check often) I can vouch for High Tech.
So, I ordered 1k new production rifle pills before I even started this thread. 62g SS109 for $89.99 shipped on sale. I started this thread because I hadn't heard anything for over a week.
I contacted them late Friday afternoon (2/12) before Pres Day weekend. I received an email Monday morning (2/15, Pres Day) confirming my order, very busy, should ship very soon, will email a tracking number... I was pleased with the timely response, given that it was a federal holiday weekend, and the response was very friendly and professional.
Never got a tracking number, so was going to call/email again yesterday, but package was waiting for me when I got home. Box was intact and inner bag was sturdy and intact.
Weigh counted and looked to be short, so I weigh counted again with a different scale. Still short. Noticed a loose penatrator tip in the mix, no big deal. While fishing for it, I found another. Time for closer inspection. Visually inspected entire lot twice. Here's what I found:
(5) 55g FMJ-BT projectiles;
(2) 62g projectiles damaged beyond use (1 was bulged to .238" just above the boat tail, the other was gouged worse than a poorly pulled bullet);
(9) unfinshed projectiles (measured .225, no cannelure, tail was finished);
(4) unfinished projectiles (measure .225 - .226, no cannelure, no boat tail, tails not crimped/rolled);
(2) tracer projectiles (1 with no closure cup);
(2) empty copper jackets;
(3) loose steel cores (penatrator tip):
(1) random piece copper tube (approx. 0.270" diameter X 0.225" long, probably a jacket slug borked in forming process).
Re-weigh to find ~977 count. Sent off a polite, detailed message to customer service late last evening explaining the situation, with no mention or suggestion of how they could/should follow up.
Received an apologetic email from same customer service person as previous contact very early this morning. They claim they found this mixed-lot issue recently and have taken steps to correct it and would be sending me 50 additional projectiles immediately to rectify the situation. I received a tracking number about 10 this morning.
TL;DR
From initial order date:
Took several days to charge my card. Took right at 2 weeks to process. Product arrived from Frenchtowm, MT* in just over 3 weeks.
Issue with product was resolved immediately. Customer service was friendly, professional and expedient.
I will order from them again. Price was very agreeable and minor hiccup was resolved with no problem. Product was new .224 62g SS109, not pulls, on sale for 9 cents per, shipped.
*I starred this because the ABOUT link on the website states they are in Renton,WA, but phone# and shipped from address is MT.

Ive bought plenty of bullets from american.
Get on their email list as they send out coupons weekly, often 30% off site wide and recently 50% off select bullets.
