I have been unable to find (or understand) a short answer to the following

Is it legal and acceptable to bequeath the high capacity magazines I've held for years to my son in state of Colorado?
It appears to me his acceptance of these would not be legal and putting this in writing an unwise decision?

Thanks

That's why most members gave them to their kid prior to 2013

Anything you simply handed to your son prior to 2013 became legally his at that point. There is no age restriction on magazines.

You can finally start using it, since you'll also be a ghost at that point.
