Do you mean a ceremonial unit with horses or traditional uniforms? Or a modern unit that can trace its origins back in history? Because I don't think they have a ceremonial unit anymore (though I believe they used to when the 3rd ACR was headquartered there) but they do have a number of units that can trace their history and lineage back quite a ways.
EDIT: My bad. Posted before Googling. They do indeed have a ceremonial unit:

A 21-Soldier unit serves as Fort Carson's ambassadors to Colorado communities and neighboring states.
The Mounted Color Guard proudly carries the United States and Army flags in 1874-pattern 10th Cavalry Regiment uniforms. They participate in nearly 200 community events and military ceremonies a year. They are highlighted as the focal point for many parades, rodeos, holidays, and heritage and community activities by performing any one of their many choreographed routines. Since their inception, they have won more than 250 trophies.
They recently won the National Cavalry Association Director's Cup for 2011 and received a Cheyenne Frontier Days Outstanding Mounted Riding group for 2012.
Recently added to the team is an original fully restored 1878 Army escort wagon with mules John and Henry to pull the wagon for parades and ceremonies. The last mule at Fort Carson was Hambone, who retired in 1971. The mule team won first place in Open Mule Parade Hitch Class at the 2013 National Western Horse Show in Denver.
To schedule an event, please contact the Community Relations Office at least 120 days before the event. A Department of Defense Form 2536 is required to be filled out for all 4th Infantry Division Band, Mounted Color Guard, speaker, parades and any other community event requests. The link to this form is located below. Please fill out this form (http://www.carson.army.mil/pao/includes/docs/dd-2536.pdf), and either fax it to the number or email above.

They even have a Facebook page:

They did the flag ceremony as a World Arena event a few weeks back, pretty cool.
